We want you to leave this course confident in your decision to live on the road and armed with the tools to help you avoid the mistakes that so many of us have made on our path to full-time living.

Once enrolled in this course, you will gain lifetime access to the RVTF Students Facebook Group where we will have live discussions on the information presented and you will be able to ask questions and get real answers. You won't be alone in this.

"When I first signed us up for the course, I hoped for more information than we could find reading books, blogs and websites. Wow, did we ever get what we were hoping for! Kerensa and Brandon are natural teachers. The course allowed for questions and answers without judgement with follow up on the class Facebook group. I would highly recommend this course to full-timers no matter what stage you may be in... ...dreaming or doing."

-Lisa and Bill Petrey

Who's teaching this course?

Hi, we're Kerensa Durr and Brandon Hatcher.

We gave up our lives in the NYC area as designers, corporate trainers, and a university instructor to escape the rat race and live our life of freedom on the road. We are now in our 5th year of full-time life and on our second RV (you'll learn why in the course) and we love it. We have spent the last four years learning all we can about RVing and the RV industry while making connections with fellow RVers.

You can find us every day over at our free Facebook Group, RV to Freedom - Learning to Live in an RV, helping people learn how they can take their lives on the road and encouraging other full-time RVers to share their experience with people who are dreaming about hitting the road.

We've been featured in:

"I loved the way the RV to Freedom course presented very useful information in a friendly fashion, putting terminology into a vernacular that I could understand as a new RVer! Kerensa and Brandon know what they are talking about - they've lived through each and every module and have a sincere desire to help others learn the ins and outs of RVing, and it comes across in their in-depth lessons."

Live Question and Answer Sessions

See what our students have to say about the Roadmap to Full-Time RVing course

-Jonathan Hawes

"This course is fantastic!

Brandon and Kerensa provide an amazing presentation of fact, insight, and anecdotal knowledge, designed to prepare you for all the things you will need to do to become a full time RVer."

(aka Santa Claus)

Yes, that's his real photo!

"This is a amazing course, and it couldn't have come at a better time! I loved having all the information we needed to prepare us for full-time RV life all in one location and being able to ask Brandon & Kerensa, who have been living this lifestyle, any questions we had was so helpful. We will continue to use the resources they have given us as we complete our preparations and after we hit the road."

-Al and Angie Conaway

"This course was an incredible resource. It answered questions that I didn't even know to ask. I had been reading online about RVing full time, but this course did an amazing job of bringing it all together and providing answers to all the big questions you will have before going full time. When doing something new, there is always a portion that you won't know until you actually do it. I was assuming many of my questions wouldn't be figured out until I started full-timing. This course was able to answer many of those questions ahead of time and hopefully reduce the headaches that will inevitably occur when I start full-timing.

-Aaron Parish

"I really enjoyed going through this course. We are brand new to the RV world and this course answered all of our questions. The resources offered are a wealth of information!! Through this course my husband and I were able to figure out the type of RV we wanted to buy and if we wanted to boondock or not. If you are looking into the RV life, I highly recommend taking this course!"

Each module has a short homework section to get you thinking about the Full-Time life.

Private Facebook Community

Once enrolled in the course, you will be invited into a private Facebook community for students only.

Here we will discuss the lessons, hold weekly live video chats, and provide a place for you to ask all your questions without judgement or criticism.

Once the course begins, we will hold live video chats with students once a week for eight weeks.

These will be question and answer sessions where you can send in your questions live and we'll answer them.

We'll record these live sessions, so you can go back and review them.

Live Video Q and A

We know people learn best in different ways!

We've got you covered.

If you want to sit back and watch videos, then you can watch and listen to our lessons easily on your computer, tablet, or phone.

If you would prefer to listen to the lessons, we have also provided audio files from each lesson.

If you would like to read the lessons or have a physical copy of the lessons to take notes on and highlight, we have also included a pdf that contains all the information in each video.

You can choose what works best for you and fear not that you are missing something if you don't read the pdf or don't watch the videos.

We just want you to be successful.

"This course changed our perspective on what we want out of the full-time RV life. This course gave us a realistic idea of what to expect and ways to approach traveling. While we are both introverts, the community that was created for the students brought us out of our shell. We "met" so many kindred souls through the course and now we are looking forward to actually meeting these wonderful people in real life."

What happens when the course is over?

Don't worry! Once enrolled in this course, you will have lifetime access to the course materials for as long as they live on the web. You will be able to go back and study any section as many times as you like.

As course materials are updated, you will have access to the new materials.

You will also have lifetime access to the Roadmap to Full-Time RVing private Facebook Community for as long as it lives on the web. You'll be able to discuss with us and your fellow classmates any questions and concerns you have on your journey to full-time life. We'll all work together to encourage each other and help make sure everyone gets started as smoothly as possible.

When we hear of important news in the RV industry regarding things like internet plans, healthcare options, work opportunities, RV related laws and recalls, you'll be the first to know in our private student group.

Will I get access to Brandon and Kerensa?

Absolutely! We aren't going to just give you some information and send you out to figure it out on your own. You can expect a response from us within 48 hours (usually within a few hours) inside the course community. And we'll have weekly live Q and A sessions where you can ask us questions directly.

What happens after I purchase?

After you make your purchase, you'll receive a welcome email with all the details you'll need to login and get started. You can login immediately and get acquainted with the course introduction section. Once the course begins on December 27th, you will have access to all of the core lesson videos, handouts, and pdfs. You can go through them at your own pace or jump around as you want.

Do I need to do the lessons in order?

No, but we prefer that you do. A lot of people like to jump right into shopping for an RV, but we would like you to go through the other lessons first so that you can have a better idea of what you really need before you start shopping.

Why do I have to wait for the course to start?

Even though we make all the course materials available right up front, we want each class of students to start at the same time. In each of our live weekly Q and A sessions, we will go over one of the 8 sections of the course.

What if I miss a live Q and A session?

You will be able to submit your questions ahead of time and we will make sure to cover them in the Q and A session. Within 24hrs after the live Q and A session, we will post a replay so you will be able to hear the answer to your question and listen to the conversations we have with your fellow classmates as well.

Can’t I just figure this out on my own?

Sure, if you don’t mind spending a lot of time searching, sifting through wrong information and clutter, and some trial and error. And you still won’t know if you found everything you need. We want to save you this headache by giving you the correct information that you need to get on the road and the guidance to help you get started. You will always have access to the content including videos, audio, written pdfs, and resources. And, of course, you’ll have access to us to help you along the way!

I already have an RV, will this still be beneficial?

If you want to start full-time RVing, this course will help. You may not need as much guidance as a beginner, but we have had students with previous RV experience and even full-timing experience that have benefited. You can view their testimonials on this page. There is more to living in an RV than just owning one. The logistics of moving your life onto the road can be complicated; we’ll help you understand the ins and outs making this lifestyle change.

"This class is priceless to the amount of info that was given in clear and understanding ways. There are new gadgets, technology and laws regarding full-timing. The class took years of knowledge, making mistakes and learning on the part of Kerensa and Brandon and made it a one stop shop for anyone even thinking about full-timing.

What a great way to start a new chapter with less stress, less worry, and the confidence that you know what exactly needs to be done, how to do it and where to do it! If we had any doubts about the unknown, this class has cleared up many!"
